Sure, any kind of developments and new translations are welcome!
There are currently German and Hungarian translations, but none of them are complete, because in addition to UI texts and messages, there are also many library texts and images, missions, tutorials and computer voices.
Here is a guide for localization and here are the translations I mentioned above.

Hey man, sorry for not saying anything for about 4 month, i tried looking into it a quickly got overwhelmed, and then i ended up forgetting about it. so, i'm going to try translating it again.
